Ok, so you missed class today. No worries, I got you.
YOUR DAILY MEDITATION ❤️
❤️Today I am slow to react. I am quick to love. I see myself in others.
❤️There is a time for what is happening to me. A time for what is to come. There is always an opposite to the hurt I may be feeling with the happiness the universe has in store for me.
❤️ I believe and pray for the greater good for all. I find peace in myself and therefore the peace flourishes around me.
❤️I will live to be my most authentic self and realize that that is all anyone really can be and all anyone really wants. We all just want to be loved for exactly who we are.
❤️When we realize that we don’t have to change to be loved we become complete. I am like the water. I flow where the current takes me. I will not be rigid but flexible and open to new adventure’s that my life holds.
❤️I will be very selective to whom and what I choose to respond to. I will breathe and think slowly before I move forward. I am not in a hurry. I am alive in the present moment. Because I know that I am exactly where I am supposed to be at this exact moment in time.
❤️I will no longer force the events in my life. I am ready to let my life unfold naturally. This might mean that people and situations could drift away but I am at peace. I release control.
❤️I live in the present. I am not in a hurry to live. I live with gratitude and with grace. I am like a tree who has no fear in the fall when thoughts of dying are confirmed with the loss of leaves. I have trust like the tree that I will blossom again in the spring. I know that there is a time and season for everything that happens in my life.
Repeat this every morning. It takes practice but you will find that soon you will start living and really feeling this every single day.
